Shreya Desai, DDS
Dr. Shreya Desai double-majored in biology and chemistry in her undergraduate studies before attending dental school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, graduating with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2013. She has practiced in the Camp Hill area since her graduation. Dr. Desai regularly completes continuing education courses in order to stay at the forefront of her field and provide her patients with the most excellent care possible. She has received advanced training in a number of areas, including nitrous oxide sedation, and has received a Top Dentist award. As a dentist, her goal is to treat her patients with compassion, professionalism and a gentle touch. She loves to help put people at ease and make their experience as comfortable and pain-free as possible. Dr. Desai is very close to her family. Many of her family members live in the Harrisburg area, and she spends a lot of time with her nieces and nephews. Dr. Desai’s hobbies including traveling to beautiful places and learning new things.

Bhoomi Parikh, DMD
Dr. Bhoomi Parikh completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pacific, majoring in biomedical engineering and minoring in advanced mathematics. She then attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2009 with her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Dr. Bhoomi began practicing in New York in 2009 and moved to the Camp Hill area in 2014. She completed continuing education courses monthly and has received advanced training, including a general practice residency at the New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, NY (2009-2010), and a dental anesthesia residency at the Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn (2010-2012).As a dentist, Dr. Parikh makes it her mission to serve the community in which she lives and works and to continually progress as a practitioner in order to provide excellent care. She is committed to being as gentle and friendly as possible with her patients. Dr. Parikh and her husband have twins. Outside of the office, she enjoys travel, movies and music.

Shruti — Office Manager and Financial Coordinator
Shruti has been with our team since 2015. She is originally from India and came to the United States 16 years ago. Shruti has a degree in fashion design and marketing and joined our team in order to help out her sisters, who are dentists. She loves working with her sisters, meeting new patients and seeing them smile again as they regain their confidence. She is diligent in making sure our office runs smoothly and that our patients do not have to wait to get an appointment. Shruti states, “We at Smile Plus Dentistry give confidence back to our patients so they can succeed in their life… We help them to make their dream smile come true by giving their smile and confidence back.” Shruti is a twin and has a large extended family in Harrisburg. She adores her nieces and nephews and is the aunt that spoils them.

Tayyaba — Patient Care Coordinator
Tayyaba completed her high school education in Harrisburg. She is currently pursuing a degree in dental hygiene with the goal of becoming a hygienist. She joined our team in 2023, and enjoys the friendly atmosphere our office cultivates. Tayyaba’s role involves managing appointments, informing patients about their dental procedures and hygiene, assisting with patient education and supporting various administrative tasks, including billing and insurance processing. Outside of work, Tayyaba enjoys immersing herself in culinary arts, baking and exploring new cultures through travel.

Meghan — Registered Dental Hygienist
Meghan completed her dental assistant degree in 2019 and then her dental hygiene degree in 2022 from Harrisburg Area Community College, where she was class president. She joined our practice in May of 2024. She loves the positive energy here, and how this is the first office that makes her feel like she is at home. She always puts her patients first no matter what. Meghan has three brothers, a young sister who is her world and an amazing boyfriend named Isaiah. She also has a cat named Laroi and a dog named Winston, and she is so excited to start a family soon. In her free time, she loves fishing, cooking, baking and being outside.

Megan went to Harrisburg Area Community College where she completed her dental assisting program. She joined our team in May of 2024 and helps our patients get to a good place with their oral hygiene. She loves how the practice feels like family. Megan is the youngest child with a brother. She also has a goldfish and hamster and loves all animals no matter what size or shape.

Keisy — Sterilzation Technician
Keisy graduated high school with honors and a focus in mathematics, statistics and probability. Ever since she started in January 2024, she makes sure to take good care to assure the health of our patients by sterilizing instruments according to the required guidelines. She likes being able to help patients receive the best care possible and to achieve their well-deserved oral health and overall health. Keisy loves to read books, enjoys running, listening to music and spending time with the people she loves.

Linette — Patient Care Coordinator
Linette graduated from Steelton-Highspire High School in 2020, and joined our team in January 2025. She loves how family-oriented our practice is and our focus on next-level patient care. Linette is dedicated to making sure our patients’ needs are taken care of, and brings a positive attitude to work with her each day.

Linette is originally from Puerto Rico, and moved to the U.S. in 2011. She has one son, and enjoys trying new foods and going on adventures outside the office.

Ashley graduated from the York Career Institute in 2019, completing an externship at Aspen Dental, and began training as an expanded functions dental assistant in April 2025. She shows up each day to care for our patients and learn as much as she can from our dentists. Ashley enjoys being part of a team that genuinely cares about their patients and about providing high-quality care. She also appreciates that our dentists and team take the time to explain details about procedures so that she can continue to advance her knowledge and skills.

Elisha — Dental Assistant
Elisha attended Harrisburg Area Community College’s dental assisting program as well as the YTI Career Institute for her expanded functions dental assisting certification. She joined our team in December 2024 and works hard to be the best dental assistant she can be, and loves being part of a team where she feels included and has room to grow.
